Facilities Service Request

HOUSING RESIDENTS

Housing residents must contact the Student Housing office at 260-481-4180 or email [email protected]. Provide your name, building/room, and full details of what needs repaired. 

UNIVERSITY EMPLOYEES

Employees must use the Facilities Service Request system powered by Facilio. Simply select the 'Sign in with SAML' button and you will be taken to the PFW CAS system to sign in with your campus credentials.

Additionally, employees may download the Facilio Requester app from either Apple or Google Play.
